...grow mighty oaks. Okay, so this is the first ever blog post on my site. Not a very auspicious start, but I have to begin somewhere!

I’m hoping to use this section of the site to write about my travels, starting with Vietnam in October 2017. I’m heading on a ten day trip, starting in Hanoi in the north, heading down to Hue and Hoi An in the middle of the country and finishing in Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon) in the south.

It’s going to be busy, but hoping to see more than I would do on a normal trip. Wish me luck...
